my order CFS 15498 for 3 Rauch Wardrobes paid £ 1,849.80 4 June 2015

ordered 4th June Delivered 12 July Very late Sunday afternoon Driver did not want to deliver beyond front door, he had an assistant, but they still required help unloading 31 parcels Supposed to be "white glove delivery and assembly It most certainly was not Ecomaster came 21st July to assemble 2 technicians Unable to assemble due to manufacturing faults found They reported this in writing with photographs CFS are not giving me comfortable answers as to when my 3 wardrobes will be assembled Nobody has apologised Nobody wants to discuss the problem with me Such a reputable company, I would have expected a better response , To such a stressful situation I cannot move in my new little house bedrooms because the wardrobe components are in the way All I want is to know when the 3 wardrobes are to be assembled to my satisfaction please? Peter Ovall I have paid in advance £1,849.80 for 3 wardrobes including " white glove delivery and assembly" Please respond and tell me e.t.a new components And e.t.a assembly date I want to move in to my new little home, But cannot until the wardrobes are assembled to allow decorating to be finished Help please !
