“We were both delighted by the way in which the whole removal and installation exercise was carried out. The installers were polite, obliging and very good at their craft. Damage was minimal as the old staircase was removed with maximum sympathy for the area. Absolutely all rubbish was removed too. The result is a new staircase that is not only a huge improvement on the original in terms of the going of each tread and the angle of the stairs but also looks superb, is finished very professionally indeed and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending BOSS Stairs to any prospective clients you have in the future.
